Michelle McManus (Consultant)
Michelle is a consultant specialising in integrating social and community outcomes into projects across the resources, mining, community and public sectors. She is skilled at navigating complex project environments, with key capabilities in designing and delivering stakeholder engagement processes, facilitation, critical analysis and managing a team to deliver outcomes. She is also a skilled written and verbal communicator.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Development, with First Class Honours, and has been working with Sustainable Consulting since 2004, shortly after meeting with Director Craig Salt as a final-year Murdoch University student. She has also previously worked as a tutor and guest lecturer in sustainable development at Murdoch University.
Michelle is passionate about supporting individuals and communities to learn, grow and prosper in their own lives. She pursues this as a volunteer facilitator with the Alternatives to Violence Project WA, delivering workshops in WA prisons that focus on communication, community building and conflict transformation. Michelle enjoys spending time with friends and family and escaping to isolated beaches when given the chance!
